Levels of commitment.

Level 1

Full kite marking status.

  • All Directors and senior managers receive personal training and coaching.
  • All members of staff receive from their employer remuneration for memberships to health and fitness clubs and organizations.
  • All members of staff undertake a fitness test prior to the start of their exercise regime.
  • Verification of attendance of employees at their chosen venue and activity.
  • The clients sign up to at least five lectures / seminars / workshops on health and fitness related topics over the 12 month period, of which all members of staff are invited to attend.
  • The client Company produces a policy document committing the Company to the health and fitness of its staff.
  • The Company elects representatives to participate in at least one charitable event during the 12 month calendar period, which will be administered by the operating authority of IIH Ltd.

 

Level 2

Partial kite marking status.

  • Directors undertake a personal training regimen with IIH
  • The clients sign up to at least five lectures / seminars / workshops on health and fitness related topics over the 12 month period, of which all members of staff are invited to attend.
  • The Company elects representatives to participate in at least one charitable event during the 12 month calendar period, which will be administered by the operating authority of IIH Ltd.
